不锈钢消防水箱的行业标准与水质化验
不锈钢消防水箱设置在建筑物最高部位，依靠重力自流向消火栓或自动喷水灭火系统供水，用来扑救初期火灾(十分钟)的供水设施，采用临时高压给水系统的建筑物应设消防水箱。

将增压水泵出水管作为消防水箱的出水

消防技术规范规定，最不利点消火栓静水压力不应低于0.07Mpa，最不利点喷头的工作压力不应低于0.05Mpa。在实际设计中，消防水箱往往需要设置增压水泵来满足压力要求。有些设计人员将增压水泵出水管作为消防水箱的出水管，这是非常错误的做法。这是因为，设置增压水泵的主要目的是在火灾初期消防水泵启动前，满足消火栓和自动喷水灭火系统的水压要求，其出水量对消火栓给水系统不应大于5L/s，对自动喷水灭火系统不应大于1L/s，显然大大小于规范要求的室内消防用水量，不能满足扑救初期火灾水量的要求。所以，在屋顶设置的增压水泵，应在增压水泵出水管一侧设旁通管，出水流量不应小于扑救初期火灾需要的用水量。

生活水箱清洗及水质化验
1 生活水箱清洗完成之前和之后，均必需采取水样，送检水样必需密封，送检水样的密封标签上必需注明采样人姓名、采样日期和时间、监护人姓名和监护日期及时间，并在24小时以内送检。
2 生活水箱清洗作业不得严重影响正常使用。
3 生活水箱清洗方案必需得到审核批准后方可实施。
4 清洗生活水箱用的化学药剂、清洗工具必需符合相关卫生和健康要求，并不得对环境发生二次污染。
5 生活水箱清洗工作人员必需持有有效健康体检合格证。
6 生活水箱清洗方案必需要有应急预案和应急供水预案。
7 清洗生活水箱的工作人员必需佩戴平安卫生的防护装备。
